The Missionary Sisters of the Immaculate \u2013PIME last Sunday on 8th<\/sup> December on the Solemnity of the Immaculate Conception of Mary inaugurated a hall in Villa Boschetto – Monza<\/a> on the 83rd anniversary of their foundation. <\/p>\n

Together with the provincial Sr. Maria Antonia Rossi, numerous PIME sisters and fathers, lay associates, friends, relatives and especially the relatives, nieces and nephews of Msgr. Balconi joyfully joined in this solemn moment of the inauguration.<\/p>\n

The hall is dedicated to the co-founder of the Missionary Sisters of the Immaculate. In the early years of its origin, Mgr. Lorenzo Maria Balconi<\/a> with his example of missionary dedication took care of the newly founded missionary family. Sr. Maria Antonia Rossi in her address said:<\/p>\n

\u201cIt is a moment of thanksgiving and gratitude to Msgr. Balconi for everything he has done for our missionary family. We are grateful to him for the paternity with which he cared and accompanied us like a true father\u201d.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

In the same afternoon, the community of sacred heart was also blessed which was completely renovated which will be soon ready to open its doors to receive everyone. The new home of Villa Boschetto welcomes various groups who wish to drink from the source of PIME for missionary spirituality and animation. The environment offers possibility to welcome various activities and retreats where everyone can make an experience to encounter the Lord.<\/p>\n

An essential factor of the new house will be the spirit of hospitality and fraternity from the part of the missionary sisters of the Immaculate who live there.<\/p>\n

Sr. Maria Antonia took the opportunity to thank all the people who have helped and continue to help the Institute in the various material and spiritual dimensions, remembering above all the sisters who supported the work with their continuous prayers. Thanks to the aged sisters who prayed day and night so that everything may go on well.<\/p>\n
