Sr. Antonia Mapelli, sr. Gianna Rosolin, sr. Pierangela D’Andrea, sr. Marcella Giacomello, sr. Giacomina Armici. These are the six sisters who celebrated 60 years of missionary religious life this year. They were in Monza on 5 October to celebrate and mark their anniversary together with the community, relatives and friends. The Chapter sisters were also present, after the conclusion of the 12th General Chapter they visited the Province of Italy.
Celebrating 60 years of religious profession is a significant milestone and a testimony of dedication, faith, service and above all missionary passion. This important anniversary represents the generous gift of their lives for the proclamation of the Gospel and their commitment to living the values of our charism, contributing to the good of the community and humanity.
We thank the Lord for the witness of the Gospel that these sisters have given us over all these years. Their example encourages us to continue on the path of fidelity to the Lord in moments of grace, difficulties and trials, to know how to recognise the signs of God present in the life of each one, according to the path undertaken and the vocation embraced.
