Sr. Regina begins her service as director of the POM in Brazil

Sr. Regina da Costa Pedro, begins her service as director of the POM Brazil tomorrow, March 24 2023. UA significant day for all the missionaries because it is dedicated to the memory of the martyred missionaries of 2022 and the memory of the killing of Archbishop Oscar Romero, which took place because of his commitment alongside the Salvadoran people, oppressed by an elitist regime that cares nothing about the fate of the poorest and the workers.

Sr. Regina is a Brazilian Missionary Sister of the Immaculate. She has been in Cameroon, and recently held the service of responsible for the province of South Brazil.

We send our best wishes to sr. Regina for the service that she starts at POM. There will be challenges, but there will be also many gifts of the Lord to best carry out the new task entrusted to her.
