Description

We started our health care service in Yaoundé in the year 2000 when there was no hospital in the area. Today the hospitals and private clinics are increasing but the care of the patients is not actually the primary objective of these structures. Many people come to us because they know that in our centre they are welcome and listened to, the service is given with professionality and charity. Since many years the sisters working in this dispensary have been asking for an x-ray machine because majority of the patients, the tuberculosis patients, need it to diagnose the disease.

Many people suffer of this pathology and, coming at our centre they find a safe place for an illness which requires long time, patience and care to be cured. Unfortunately what we can do is only a small part of the whole process at a very low cost comparing with the other centres. What since many years the people who come to our dispensary are asking is the possibility to have the chest and lungs x-ray done in our centre.
