Our missionary presence in various parts of the world has attracted along its journey, groups of lay people to share with us time, talents and even the life-style. Thus two groups are formed who represent two ways of sharing in our missionary life: the Lay MSI who share in our spirituality in the daily life; and the Association of Friends of the Missionary Sisters of the Immaculate which supports our missionary activities through donations, and where possible, with voluntary service. This part is dedicated to them and to all those who wish to know about their activities.
MSI Lay Associates
The MSI Lay Associates is a group formed by married and unmarried men and women, who carry in their heart a great missionary passion, the desire to live according to the lifestyle and the spirituality of the Missionary Sisters of the Immaculate.
The Friends of MSI
Our history began in an organized way on 3rd November 1997, in Milan, via Masaccio 20, at the Mother House, Provincial Headquarters of the Missionary Sisters of the Immaculate. In the presence of a notary, 41 persons took part in the foundation of this Association of volunteers, taking the name “ASSOCIAZIONE DEGLI AMICI DELLE MISSIONARIE DELL’IMMACOLATA”.
